Kenai Police are investigating a burglary that occurred at The Bow Bar in Kenai. An unknown suspect forced entry into the business in the early morning hours of 02/15/2018. Burglary at KCHS

Stolen Polaris Razor
December 15, 2017

On 11/27/2015, Soldotna Police investigated a burglary of a cabin on Lark Street in Soldotna. A 30 foot R.V. and a 2013 Polaris Razor were stolen during the incident. The R.V. was recovered and a Soldotna man was charged with the theft of it under case 3KN-16-00519. The Polaris Razor was never recovered and Crime Stoppers is asking the public for assistance in locating the Razor, which is a Model 900, white and blue in color, with serial number 4XAJT9EAXDF256433. Another Animal Cruelty Case

On 12/05/2017 at around 5:30 P.M., Lizzie, a beloved family pet, was shot and killed in her owners yard. Lizzie was a 15 year old female Beagle and she was wearing a collar for an electric fence system that kept her contained in her yard. Lizzie was shot with a small caliber weapon and this occurred in the River Hills neighborhood off Ciechanski Road. Animal Cruelty
November 24, 2017

Kenai Police are investigating an animal cruelty case and are asking the public for assistance in the investigation. On 11/05/2017, Juno, a boxer mixed breed female dog, was cruelly shot with a high powered pellet gun and died from the injury. The incident happened on King Salmon Drive in Kenai and is in close proximity to the Highland Pride Mobile Home Park near Mile 4 of the Kenai Spur Highway. Self Storage Break In
November 17, 2017

Kenai Police are investigating the break in at a self storage business in Kenai and a trailer with a Ski Doo E-Tech 600 and Yamaha Phazer were stolen. Several other items were stolen also, and the owner of the business is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. Burglary in Anchor Point

Theft from a semi-trailer

Kenai Police are investigating a theft that occurred on 09/18/2017 where unknown suspects broke into a semi-trailer at a lot on Coral Street in Kenai. Merchandise belonging to a local business was stolen from the trailer. Hit and Run
September 13, 2017

Homer Police are asking for the public's assistance. On 09/11/2017 at 11:17 AM. A hit and run was reported near the intersection of Sterling Highway and Heath Street. A male bicyclist and vehicle collided and the vehicle left the scene. The male was transported to the hospital with injuries.

Stolen Jeep
July 29, 2017

On 04/13/2017 a  white 1985 Jeep Cherokee was parked at Save-U-More on K-Beach Road for sale. The vehicle was stolen from the lot and recovered later that night on Gaswell Road. The vehicle was involved in a roll-over accident and abandoned. Crime Stoppers is asking the public for any tips on the suspect/s involved.

Alaska Horn & Antler
June 30, 2017

On the evening of 06/28/2017 or early morning of 06/29/2017 unknown suspect/s burglarized the Alaska Horn and Antler store located at approximately mile 88 of the Sterling Highway. Stolen Boat FOUND
May 19, 2017

Sometime in late April 2017, an 18 foot Alumaweld flat bottom river boat was stolen from a resident`s front yard in a neighborhood near the Pillars Boat Launch in Kenai. The boat is named "Kenai Jewell" and the boat registration is AK7038L. If anyone has any information on this please contact Kenai Police or Peninsula Crime Stoppers.

*UPDATE* The boat has been found, however the outboard was removed. Any information from the public on the suspect`s involved is being sought.


Beluga Lake Lodge Burglary
March 30, 2017

Homer Police Case # 17-1196. On March 22nd 2017 in the early morning hours, someone entered the Beluga Lake Lodge, on Ocean Drive Loop, around 2:00 AM and took items from the office. On October 17th, the Adult Probations office in Kenai reported that the tires had been slashed on several of their vehicles.
